Our concept? We take care of everything: choosing one of the many surf spots, analysing forecasts, organise your board, and pick you up from your hotel. The only thing you have to do is enjoy the surf - which will be easy with 1 instructor every 2 students!
About
Hey guys I am Rizzy!
Originally from South Lombok, I have 10 years of experience in surf coaching in Lombok.
My coaching style in the water is easy and fun, but technical at the same time. My goal is for you is not only to have great surf sessions, but to improve your skills and bring your longboarding practice to the next level.
I work with a team of local instructors and the ratio of guest to instructor is usually 2:1 in order to ensure you have a consistent coaching on each wave.
For my guidings I share my deep knowledge of the different spots, currents and swells to ensure you get the maximum out of your Lombok experience. I always bring my guests to the best spots depending on the conditions.
Before founding my own company, I worked at several surf camps and retreats as head coach and founded Gerupuk Board Riders.
I regularly represent the island of Lombok at surf competitions around Indonesia in Java, Bali, Sumbawa as well as international competitions.

Rizzy is an absolute legend. He’s a fantastic coach and guide (short & longboard), great at giving feedback, has tons of experience dealing with guests and has a great knowledge of local breaks.
No matter your level, he’ll take you to a perfect spot. The day trips are simply the best and you always feel safe and taken care of. A good laugh is also guaranteed!

Rizzy is an amazing surf coach! I would highly recommend him for anyone who wants to take longboard lessons, both for beginner and intermediate level surfers. I booked Rizzy because I wanted to improve on my hang fives and turns. I’m glad I did because I finally got to correct my mistakes.
